The Long Distance energy bar is specially formulated to maintain performance during endurance efforts. With 30g of carbohydrates and a ratio close to 2/1 of carbohydrates and sugars, it provides efficient energy. Its soft texture and 70% fruit make it a tasty source of nutrition for long distances.
Directions for use:
Eat a bar every 45 minutes to 1 hour of exercise.
This energy bar can be consumed at regular intervals, either in small portions or in one go.
Please note that this bar can be taken in addition to our Long Distance energy drink to maximize carbohydrate intake.
Preferably take:
- During an endurance sporting event (running, cycling, triathlon, hiking, etc.)
It is also possible to consume it around your endurance sports deadline:
- Before (a few days or a few hours before) as a snack for example. The goal here is to gradually increase your glycogen stock
