Where do you deliver?

We ship your orders as quickly as possible to Reunion Island, Mayotte and mainland France.

What are the delivery times?

Once payment is confirmed, your orders are generally shipped the next day. For mainland France, the delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 working days at home for Reunion and Mayotte and 3 to 5 working days for mainland France.

What are the shipping rates for my order?

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. The dimensions of the packages are optimized according to the contents of your order and your items are properly protected.

You can simulate the shipping cost when placing your order. The costs will be indicated once your destination address has been entered and the delivery method selected.

Meeting :

Delivery is free from 89€ of purchase (excluding promo code) and is charged 15€ for any lower amount.

Mayotte:

Delivery is free for purchases over €99 (excluding promo code) and is charged €20 for any lower amount.

Metropolis:

Delivery is free for purchases over €99 (excluding promo code) and is charged €20 for any lower amount.

I would like to modify my order, add or remove a product, how do I do this?

You can send your order modification request by specifying the product and quantity via the contact form (Input error in my order) or by writing to contact@robshop.fr . Orders are processed in real time, it is possible that it has already been sent for preparation when we read your message. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the change will be taken into account but we will do our best to satisfy your request.

How to return a product?

In accordance with article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code:

The consumer has a period of 30 days from the day after he takes possession of the goods or accepts the offer for a service without justification or payment of penalties on his part, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs. The consumer may waive this period in the event that he is unable to travel and at the same time needs to call upon an immediate service that is necessary for his living conditions. In this case, he would continue to exercise his right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, sealed, accompanied by all original accessories to the following address:

The return of clothing is also the responsibility of the customer, they must be returned intact in their original packaging to benefit from a refund or credit on the reward account. Robshop reserves the right not to refund a product that is damaged, worn, stained or has any other sign of wear.

It is advisable to keep all proof that the carrier will provide you for the return of your package and to indicate your order number. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer will have the choice of requesting the reimbursement of his order with the exception of shipping costs, the return remains at his expense.

If the order was paid by credit card, the customer will be reimbursed directly to their credit card, the account associated with the credit card is re-credited, if the customer paid by Paypal, they will then be reimbursed by Paypal.

The reimbursement period is 14 days maximum from the request for withdrawal.

In the event of abusive or unjustified returns, ROBSHOP reserves the right to refuse reimbursement and any subsequent orders.
